A Balcony Wedding with the entire Napa Valley as the Backdrop

The lovely couple are from the bay area. She’s in retail management and he’s in Tech. Judy was all about the flowers. The FIRST thing Judy mentioned to me on the phone when interviewing me for the job was that the flowers were the most important design element to her wedding.
She had seen a photo from a previous wedding at Auberge Du Soleil. And had to have it! The saying goes, “Mimicry is the finest form of flattery.” I was apprehensive about copying another wedding. But the bride wants what the bride wants.
The flower cost for that wedding was way beyond her budget. I was able to find her another vendor to get a scaled-back version of what she wanted within budget. And yet, big bang for her buck.
It was an incredible flower install that took 2 days, which turned out quite decadent.
Anyway, this stunning couple is SOOO sweet. They incorporated many of their cultural wedding traditions from Thai weddings into their ceremony. And as you can see, it was perfect!
